Performance inspection of pneumatic gate valve
1. When a certain specification of pneumatic gate valve is mass produced, the authority shall test the following performance: opening and closing torque of pneumatic gate valve under working pressure.
2. The valve can be opened and closed continuously under the working pressure; Flow resistance coefficient detection of valve under pipeline water conveyance condition. The following tests shall be carried out before the valve leaves the factory: when the valve is opened, the valve body shall withstand the internal pressure detection of twice the working pressure value of the valve.
3. When the valve is closed, both sides bear 1.1 times of the valve pressure respectively, and there is no leakage, but the leakage of the metal seal butterfly valve is not greater than the relevant requirements. For internal and external anti-corrosion pneumatic gate valves (including gearbox), shot blasting, sand blasting and rust removal shall be carried out first, and non-toxic epoxy resin composite powder with a thickness of more than 0.3mm shall be sprayed by electrostatic spraying. It is difficult to electrostatic spray non-toxic epoxy resin on large valves, so wire drawing and spraying similar non-toxic epoxy paint should also be used.
4. All parts of valve body and valve plate shall be fully anti-corrosion. On the one hand, immersion in water will not rust, and electrochemical corrosion will not occur between two metals. Both surfaces are smooth, reducing water resistance. Hygienic requirements for anti-corrosion epoxy resin or paint in pneumatic gate valve shall be inspected by corresponding competent department. The chemical and physical properties shall also meet the relevant technical requirements of the enterprise.
5. Both sides of the packing and transportation valve shall be fixed with light shields. Medium and small caliber valves shall be bundled with straw ropes and transported in containers. Large diameter valves also have a simple wooden frame and solid packaging to avoid damage during transportation. It adopts a right angle rotation structure. It uses proportional adjustment with the valve positioner. The v-type valve core is more suitable for various adjustment occasions. It has the advantages of large rating, large adjustment ratio, good sealing effect, good zero sensitivity adjustment performance, small size, vertical and horizontal installation, etc. It is suitable for internal control of gas, steam, liquid and other media.
6. The pneumatic gate valve adopts a right angle rotation structure, which is composed of v-shaped valve body, pneumatic actuator, positioner and other accessories, and its natural flow characteristics are close to 100%; Double bearing structure, small starting torque, excellent sensitivity and induction speed; Strong shear resistance.
7. The pneumatic piston executive management mechanism can use data compressed air as the power source to drive the crank arm to rotate 90 degrees through the research on the movement development of the piston, so that the valve can be opened and closed automatically. Its components are: adjusting bolt, actuator box, elbow, cylinder block, cylinder shaft, piston, connecting rod, universal shaft.
8. Working principle of pneumatic gate valve: pneumatic gate valve can be composed of executive management organization and regulatory social organization.
