Electric ceramic ball valve/electric ball valve/electric valve is composed of three section ceramic ball valve and intelligent regulating electric actuator. The ball center of the ball valve is all ceramic, and the flow passage is fully lined with wear-resistant ceramic. (Its hardness is above HRA88, second only to diamond) It has the properties of wear resistance, oxidation resistance and erosion resistance. The valve rod is finely polished, the surface is treated by anti-corrosion nitriding or quenching and tempering, and the built-in buffer compensating elastic washer ensures stable and good sealing performance. Especially suitable for polysilicon, magnesium powder, lime, powder and granular media. The working principle of the electric ceramic ball valve is to receive (4~20mA) industrial signal and drive the actuator with 220V or 380V power supply voltage to rotate the valve stem ball center (0-90 °) to complete switching and adjustment.

2、Features of ceramic electric ball valve:
1. The center and runner are both structural ceramic materials, and their hardness (Rockwell hardness HRA88) is second only to diamond. The ball center is of high precision. After being grinded with the valve seat, the electric ball valve has good sealing performance by using the self lubrication property of ceramics.
2. It completely changes the defects of metal hard seal ball valve, such as easy leakage, large torque and corrosion resistance of sealing surface. The ceramic has good wear resistance, high reliability and long service life, 2-4 times of that of titanium alloy valve and Monel valve.
